The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Report entitled“FY21 World Bank Budget”(R2020-0117[IDA/R2020-0196], dated May 27, 2020) and approved the recommendations contained in the last paragraph of the President’s Memorandum and detailed in Section 1.2 of the Bank’s Budget document. Mr. Montgomery wished to be recorded as abstaining.  \nIFC FY21 Budget: Aligning Strategy and Resources  \n3. The Board of Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Report entitled“IFC FY21 Budget: Aligning Strategy and Resources”(IFC/R2020-0123, dated May 28, 2020) and approved the recommendations contained in the last paragraph of the President’s Memorandum and detailed in Chapter 8 ofIFC’s Budget document. Mr. Montgomery wished tobe recorded as abstaining.  \nFY21 MIGA Budget  \n4. The Board of Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Report entitled“FY21 MIGA Budget”(MIGA/R2020-0043, dated May 21, 2020) and approved the recommendations contained in the last paragraph of the President’s Memorandum and detailed in Chapter 5 of MIGA’s Budget document.  \nAdjournment  \n5. The Executive Directors approved on June 24, 2020 a loan to India in the amount of US$500 million for a Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States Operation on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2020-0125, dated June 5, 2020) .  \nRepublic of Congo – Credit-Lisungi Emergency COVID-19 Response Project  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on June 24, 2020 a loan to the Republic of Congo in the amount of EUR 45 million (US$50 million equivalent) for a Lisungi Emergency COVID-19  \nResponse Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0243, dated June 15, 2020) .  \nNiger – Additional Credit, Additional Grant and the Waiver-Kandadji Project  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on June 24, 2020 an additional credit in the amount of EUR 92.0 million (US$100 million equivalent) and an additional grant in the amount of SDR 36.6 million (US$50
