The Chair made the customary presentation to Ms. Sharon Almanza, Alternate Executive Director (Philippines), on the expiration of her terms of service and tendered her good wishes for the future. The Executive Directors approved on June 9, 2023 a credit in the amount of US$400 million to Democratic Republic of Congo for the Water Supply and Sanitation Access Program (PASEA) Project as Phase 1 of the Multiphase Programmatic Approach on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2023-0132, dated May 22, 2023) . Ms. Chang wished to be recorded as objecting.  \nNigeria – Additional Financing– Power Sector Recovery Performance Based Operation  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on June 9, 2023 an additional loan in the amount of US$449.0 million and additional credit in the amount of SDR 229.0 million (US$301.0 million equivalent) to Nigeria for the Power Sector Recovery Performance Based Operation on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2023-0133[IDA/R2023-0129], dated May 22, 2023) .  \nZambia – Credit – Green, Resilient and Transformational Tourism Development Project  \n3.
