The he Board of Directors ofIFC discussed a President’s Memorandum and Report (IFC/R2021-0229/1, dated September 15, 2021 and September 20, 2021, respectively) and approved an IFC investment in Digital Bridge Emerging Markets in Brazil, Indonesia, and Malaysia in the form of an equity investment of up to US$100 million in digital infrastructure assets managed by the Digital Colony Management Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries (DB) and adopted Resolution No. IFC2021-0020. The investments include:  \n(i) US$35 million in Scala for a 3.6 percent indirect equity interest;  \n(ii) US$10 million in Highline for a 1.5 percent indirect equity interest;  \n(iii) US$25 million in EdgePoint for a 2.3 percent indirect equity interest; and  \n(iv) US$25 million to be invested in either:  \n(A) the EM SideCar, or  \n(B) other DB-managed Digital Infrastructure investment opportunities.  \nThe balance of approximately US$5 million will cover set up costs, annual administrative costs, and management fees for the first six years of the investment.
