The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (R2020-0079[IDA/R2020-0098];/30, dated March 27, 2020, March 29, 2020, March 31, 2020, and April 1, 2020, respectively) and approved on April 2, 2020 (a) financing for the emergency global COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) utilizing the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) in the amount of US$6 billion, of which, up to US$4 billion is newly dedicated COVID-19 health financing and is comprised of: (i) up to $2.7 billion from IBRD and (ii) up to US$1 .3 billion from IDA18 resources; (b) financing for 25 Investment Project Financing operations under Phase 1 ofthe MPA as listed in Annex 1 of the Project Appraisal Document (R2020-0079/27[IDA/R2020-0098/27], dated March 29, 2020), consisting of (i) US$1,123 . 8 million from IBRD, and (ii) US$774 .75 million from IDA18 Resources, on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum; and (c) policy waivers as described in paragraph 5 of the President’s Memorandum.  \nAdjournment  \n3.
