The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2022-0010, dated January 26, 2022) and approved the credit in the amount of EUR 275.9 million (US$313 million equivalent) to Cameroon and a proposed grant in an amount equivalent to SDR 160.7 million (US$225 million equivalent) to Chad for a Cameroon-Chad Transport Corridor Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nThe Executive Directors discussed the documents entitled “Eligibility Note for the Prevention and Resilience Allocation for the Republic of Cameroon”(IDA/SecM2022-0014;/1, dated January 24, 20212 and February 11, 2022, respectively) and “Eligibility Note for the Prevention and Resilience Allocation for the Republic of Chad”(IDA/SecM2022-0009, dated January 24, 2022) under the Fragility, Conflict and Violence Envelope within IDA19 .  \nAdjournment  \n3.
