The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (R2021-0022;/4, dated February 19, 2021, and March 15, 2021, respectively) and approved the restructuring and the additional loan in the amount of US$500 million to the Philippines for the Philippines COVID-19 Emergency Response Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nAdjournment  \n3.
