The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2021-0091, dated April 29, 2021) and approved the grants to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Food Programme (WFP) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for the benefit of the Republic of Yemen, including an IDA grant in the amount of SDR70 million (US$100 million equivalent) and a grant from the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP) in the amount of US$27 million on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. Directors also agreed to waive the application of the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines for IDA grants, in favor of relying on the fraud and corruption procedures ofFAO, UNDP, and WFP.  \nAdjournment  \n3.
