The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (R2020-0193[IDA/R2020-0352], dated October 2, 2020) and approved the IBRD/ IDA Additional Financing in the amount of US$12 billion, of which US$6 billion IBRD and US$6 billion IDA, for the Global COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (Global COVID19 MPA) utilizing the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. They also approved the waiver of the standard IBRD commitment fees for projects under the Additional Financing for the first 18 months, starting from the approval date of financing for each project. As per the agreements made at the Board Meeting, changes related to the threshold for eligibility of IBRD/IDA resources in vaccine purchase were made to the Additional Financing paper  \n(R2020-0193/3[IDA/R2020-0352/3], dated October 16, 2020) .  \nAdjournment  \n3.
