The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2021-0042, dated February 26, 2021) and approved the restructuring and the additional grant in the amount of SDR41.7 million (US$60 million equivalent) to Afghanistan for the COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health Systems Preparedness Project under the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nBangladesh-Restructuring and Additional Credit-COVID-19 Emergency Response and Pandemic Preparedness Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA)  \n3. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2021-0035, dated February 26, 2021) and approved the restructuring and the additional credit in the amount of SDR 347.1 million (US$500 million equivalent) to Bangladesh for the COVID-19 Emergency Response and Pandemic Preparedness Project under the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nNepal-Restructuring and Additional Credit-COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health Systems Preparedness Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA)  \n4.
