The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2020-0035, dated February 11, 2020) and approved the credit in the amount of SDR 72.4 million US$100 million equivalent) to Myanmar for the Inclusive Access and Quality Education Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nPakistan – Credit and Grant – Strengthening Institutions for Refugee Administration Project  \n3. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2010-0034, dated February 11, 2020) and approved the (i) credit in the amount of SDR 21.1 million (US$19.16 million equivalent) of which SDR 15.1 million (US$20.84 million equivalent) is from the Regional Sub-Window for Refugees and Host Communities (RSW) and SDR 6 million (US$8.32 million equivalent) is from the IDA allocation; and (ii) grant in the amount of SDR 15.1 million (US$20.84 million equivalent) from the RSW to Pakistan for the Strengthening Institutions for Refugee Administration Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. The Executive Directors approved on February 28, 2020 the recommendation in  \nparagraph 5 as described in paragraph 4 of the Memorandum of the President entitled “IDA18: Additional Reallocations of IDA Resources”(IDA/R2020-0054], dated February 19, 2020) .
