The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation  \n(IDA/R2021-0050;/3, dated March 10, 2021, and March 22, 2021, respectively) and approved the restructuring and the additional grant in the amount of SDR 143.7 million (US$207 million equivalent) to Ethiopia for the COVID-19 Emergency Response Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID- 19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nTunisia – Restructuring and Additional Loan-COVID-19 Response Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA)  \n3. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (R2021-0032, dated March 8, 2021) and approved the restructuring and the additional loan in the amount of EUR 82.5 million (US$100 million equivalent) to Tunisia for the COVID-19 Response Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nAdjournment  \n4.
