The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2021-0020;/2, dated February 1, 2021, and February 4, 2021, respectively) and approved the additional credit in the amount of SDR 3.5 million (US$5 million equivalent) to Cabo Verde for the COVID-19 Emergency Response Project Additional Financing on Vaccines under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nMongolia-Additional Credit-Mongolia COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health System Preparedness Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA)  \n3. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation  \n(IDA/R2021-0018, dated February 1, 2021) and approved the additional credit in the amount of SDR  \n35.3 million (US$50 .7 million equivalent) to Mongolia for the Mongolia COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health System Preparedness Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nTajikistan – Restructuring and Additional Grant-Emergency COVID-19 Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA)  \n4.
