The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation  \n(IDA/R2020-0302; /2, dated July 29, 2020 and July 31, 2020, respectively) and approved the grant in the amount of SDR 112.7 million (US$155 million equivalent) to Afghanistan for the COVID-19 Relief Effort for Afghan Communities and Households (REACH) Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \n3. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation  \n(IDA/R2020-0301; /2, dated July 29, 2020 and July 31, 2020, respectively) and approved the grant in the amount of SDR 40 million (US$55 million equivalent) to Afghanistan for the Emergency Agriculture and Food Supply (EATS) Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nAdjournment  \n4.
