The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2021-0068, dated March 29, 2021) and approved the restructuring and the additional credit to Côte d’Ivoire in the amount of EUR 82.6 million (US$100 million equivalent) for the COVID-19 Emergency Response and System Preparedness Strengthening Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nEswatini – Restructuring and Additional Loan-Additional Financing for Eswatini COVID-19 Emergency Response Project under the Additional Financing to the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP) using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA)  \n3.
