The Executive Directors approved on July 22, 2022 the grant in the amount of SDR 37.1 million (US$50 million equivalent) to Sierra Leone for a Sierra Leone Digital Transformation Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0327, dated July 5, 2022) .  \nYemen-Additional Grants-Emergency Human Capital Project  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on July 25, 2022 additional grants in the combined amount of SDR 111.3 million (US$150 million equivalent) to the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) for the Yemen Emergency Human Capital Project for the benefit of the Republic of Yemen and a waiver in favor of relying on the fraud and corruption procedures of WHO, UNICEF and UNOPS on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2022-0336, dated July 14, 2022) .  \nGlobal Environment Facility (GEF) -Eighth Replenishment of the GEF Trust Fund  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on July 25, 2022 the recommendation contained in paragraph 6 of the Memorandum of the President entitled “Global Environment Facility (GEF) -Eighth Replenishment of the GEF Trust Fund”(R2022-0172[GEF/R2022-0006], dated July 14, 2022) .
