The Board of Directors ofIFC considered the Project Summary entitled “World Region – Proposed Investment in Global Trade Finance Program (GTFP) and Real Sector Envelope (RSE COVID- 19 Crisis Response”(IFC/R2020-0085; /1, dated April 17, 2020 and April 22, 2020, respectively) and approved the investment by IFC acting as implementing entity, which is supported by an allocation from the IDA18 and potentially IDA19 IFC-MIGA Private Sector Window Blended Finance Facility of up to $480 million.  \n3. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation entitled“Support from the IDA18 IFC-MIGA Private Sector Window (PSW) Blended Finance Facility (BFF) to the Proposed IFC Investment in Global Trade Finance Program (GTFP) and Real Sector envelope (RSE) COVID- 19 Crisis Response”(IDA/R2020-0130;/1, dated April 17, 2020 and April 22, respectively) and approved allocations from the IDA18 IFC-MIGA Private Sector Window (PSW) Blended Finance Facility (BFF) of up to US$330 million to be deployed in PSW eligible countries as follows: up to US$80 million in individual first loss guarantees to support IFC projects under the Real Sector Crisis Response Envelope (RSE), and up to US$250 million for two guarantee products under IFC’s Global Trade Finance Program (GTFP), including pooled first loss coverage of up to US$50 million and revolving limit enhancement of US$200 million.  \nAdjournment  \n4.
