The Board of Directors approved on February 3, 2023 an investment in ColombiaBanco de Bogotá S.A. for the DCM B Bogota Project (IFC/R2023-0015, dated January 24, 2023) consisting of the subscription of subordinated sustainable debt securities in an amount of up to US$75 million to be issued by Banco de Bogotá S.A., including the disposal of all or part of these debt securities in the secondary market at a time and at a price to be determined by IFC’s management.
