The Board of Directors approved on April 5, 2024 an investment in China-JC International Finance & Leasing Co., Ltd. for the JCL Syndication Project (IFC/R2024-0078, dated March 26, 2024) in a form of an A loan of up to US$100 million equivalent in RMB and a syndicated loan of up to US$125 million equivalent in RMB to JC Leasing.
