The meeting adjourned at 11:14 a.m.  \nThe following item(s) have been approved on an Absence-of-Objection Basis or have been authorized to proceed on a streamlined basis  \nbetween January 29, 2025, and February 6, 2025  \nTHE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF IBRD AND IDA  \nBosnia and Herzegovina – Loan-Second Health Sectors Programmatic Development Policy Loan  \n1. The Executive Directors approved on January 29, 2025 a loan in the amount of EUR71 million (US$75 million equivalent) to Bosnia and Herzegovina for a Second Health Sectors Programmatic Development Policy Loan on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2025-0002, dated January 7, 2025).  \nTransfer from Surplus to Fund the Grant Facility for Project Preparation (Adoption of Resolution and Record of Voting)  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on January 29, 2025 the report and the record of voting entitled “Transfer from Surplus to Fund the Grant Facility for Project Preparation (Adoption of Resolution and Record of Voting)”(R2025-0012, dated January 17, 2025).  \nWest Bank and Gaza-Grant-Integrated Solid Waste Management Project-Phase I  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on January 30, 2025 a grant to the Palestine Liberation Organization (for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority), in the amount of US$20 million from the Trust Fund for Gaza and West Bank for the Integrated Solid Waste Management Phase-1  \nProject on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2025-0003[IDA/R2025-0006], dated January 10, 2025).  \nBelize – Credits and GEF Grant-Belize Blue Cities and Beyond Project  \n4. The Executive Directors approved on January 31, 2025 credits in the total amount of SDR 17.5 million (US$23.5 million equivalent, of which IDA credit A in the amount of US$18.7 million and IDA credit B Shorter Maturity Loan in the amount of US$4.8 million) and a Global Environment Facility (GEF) grant in the amount of US$3.76 million to Belize for the Belize Blue Cities and Beyond Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2025-0007, dated January 13, 2025).
