The Executive Directors discussed the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (R2025-0118, dated May 22, 2025) and approved an IBRD loan in the amount of US$600 million and a grant from the IBRD Surplus-Funded Livable Planet Fund in the amount of US$12 million for PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) with a guarantee from the Republic of Indonesia for the Indonesia Sustainable Least-cost Electrification-2 (ISLE-2) Operation. This operation represents Phase 4 of the Accelerating Sustainable Energy Transition Program using the Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. The Executive Directors also approved a waiver of standard interest rate terms applicable to IBRD Flexible Loans as set forth in the Bank Policy and the Bank Directive on Financial Terms and Conditions of Bank Financing to offer a Step-up Loan for the proposed Program.  \nAdjournment  \n3.
