The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (R2024-0273, dated November 27, 2024) and approved an IBRD loan in the amount of  \nJPY 121,972 million (US$800 million equivalent) to India for the Amaravati Integrated Urban Development Program on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. Mr. Gorordo wished to be recorded as abstaining,  \nAdjournment  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on December 18, 2024 credits in the total amount of EUR 92.1 million (US$100 million equivalent) including a credit of EUR 25.8 million from the National Performance-Based Allocation (PBA) and EUR 66.3 million from the IDA Scale-Up Window (SUW) Shorter Maturity Loan (SML) to Togo for the Togo Digital Acceleration Project – Series of Projects 1, on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2024-0327, dated November 27, 2024) .  \nZambia – Grant – First Zambia Climate and Economic Resilience Programmatic Development Policy with a Catastrophe Deferred Drawdown Option  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on December 18, 2024 a grant in the amount of SDR  \n75.2 million (US$100 million equivalent) structured in two portions: portion A in the amount of SDR 18.8 million (US$25 million equivalent); and portion B in the amount of SDR 56.4 million (US$75 million equivalent) with a Catastrophe Deferred Drawdown Option (CAT-DDO) to Zambia for the First Zambia Climate and Economic Resilience Programmatic Development Policy with a Catastrophe Deferred Drawdown Option on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2024-0328, dated November 25, 2024) .  \nRemaining Engaged to Support the People of Myanmar: Converting Myanmar’s Remaining IDA20 Allocation to Grant Terms for Public International Organizations in FY25  \n3.
