The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2022-0096;/2;/3, dated March 22, 2022, March 31, 2022, and April 4, 2022, respectively) and approved the grant in the amount of SDR 215.1million (US$300 million equivalent) for the Response – Recovery – Resilience for Conflict-Affected Communities in Ethiopia Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nAdjournment  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on April 11, 2022 a credit in the amount of SDR 18.7 million (US$26.0 million equivalent) to Cabo Verde for the Cabo Verde Human Capital Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2022-0098, dated March 23, 2022) .  \nWest Bank and Gaza – Grant-Phase 2 Advancing Sustainability in Performance, Infrastructure, and Reliability of the Energy Sector in the West Bank and Gaza  \n2.
