The Executive Directors discussed the joint IBRD/IFC/MIGA Country Partnership Framework for Romania for the period FY25-FY29 (R2024-0189[IFC/R2024-0267, MIGA/R2024-0096], dated August 27, 2024) .  \nAdjournment  \n3. The meeting adjourned at 11:04 a.m.  \nThe following item(s) have been approved on an Absence-of-Objection Basis or have been authorized to proceed on a streamlined basis between September 13, 2024 and September 19, 2024  \nThis record of approval may not include IFC investments that remain under delayed disclosure process. The Executive Directors approved on September 13, 2024 the recommendation contained in paragraph 5 of the President’s Memorandum entitled “Brazil – Sustainable Multiple Use Landscape Consortia in Brazil Project – Proposal to Restructure”(R2024-0194, dated September 4, 2024.  \nEcuador – Loan – Ecuador Guayas: Resilient Rural Roads Project  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on September 13, 2024 a loan in the amount of US$100 million to Ecuador for the Ecuador Guayas: Resilient Rural Roads Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2024-0191, dated August 26, 2024) ..  \nDjibouti – Additional Grant – Horn of Africa Initiative: Djibouti Regional Economic Corridor Project  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on September 16, 2024 an additional grant in the amount of SDR 67.8 million (US$90 million equivalent) to Djibouti for the Horn of Africa Initiative: Djibouti Regional Economic Corridor Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2024-0243, dated August 27, 2024) .  \nBurkina Faso – Credit – Human Capital Protection Project  \n4. The Executive Directors approved on September 19, 2024 a credit in the amount of EUR 92.7 million (US$100.4 million equivalent) to Burkina Faso for the Human Capital Protection Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2024-0255, dated September 10, 2024) . Mr. Buisse wished to be recorded as abstaining.  \nRomania – Loan – Romania Second Disaster Risk Management Development Policy Loan with a Catastrophe Drawdown Option (Cat DDO)  \n5.
