(“ENGIE”) for the ENGIE Sustainability  \nLinked Loan Project  \n3. The Board of Directors approved on May 1, 2024 an investment in World Region – ENGIE S.A. (“ENGIE”) for the ENGIE Sustainability-Linked Loan Project (IFC/R2024-0100, dated April 19, 2024) comprising: (i) an A Loan of up to EUR 370 million (approximately US$395 million equivalent) for IFC’s own account; and (ii) a Trust Loan of up to approximately EUR 47 million (US$50 million equivalent) from IFC acting in its capacity as the implementing entity for the Managed Co-Lending Portfolio Program.
