The Board of Directors ofIFC considered the President’s Memorandum and a Report on an investment by IFC in a Small Loan Guarantee Program European Commission/Private Sector Window (SLGP EC/PSW) in the world region (IFC/R2022-0219, dated June 17, 2022) and approved the investment in the form of a portfolio of risk sharing facilities of up to EUR 243 million (approximately US$254 million equivalent) . The Board of Directors also granted delegated authority to IFC Management to include individual risk-sharing facilities with existing clients in the program. This investment is supported by a combined Pooled First Loss Guarantee and supported by an allocation from the IDA19 IFC-MIGA Private Sector (PSW) Blended Finance Facility (BFF) . Mr. Lind wished to be recorded as abstaining.  \n3. The Executive Directors of IDA discussed the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2022-0308, dated June 17, 2022) and approved the allocation from the IDA Private Sector Window (PSW) BFF of up to EUR 15 million (capped to a maximum amount of US$18 million equivalent), to support IFC’s proposed investment in the Small Loan Guarantee Program supported by both the European Commission and the IDA PSW on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  \nAdjournment  \n4.
