The Board of Directors ofIFC considered the President’s Memorandum and Report and approved an investment in the Africa Region – Africa Trade and Supply Chain Recovery Initiative (IFC/R2022-0212; /1-2, dated June 18, 2022 and June 27, 2022, respectively) totaling up to US$1 billion consisting of a combination of (i) new delegated authority from the Board inan amount of up to US$600 million; and (ii) the existing delegated authority of the Global Trade Finance Program and the Global Warehouse Finance Program and adopted Resolution No. IFC2022-0035.
