The Executive Directors approved on March 29, 2024 a grant in the amount of  \nSDR 226 million (US$300 million equivalent) to Ethiopia for the Rural Connectivity to Support Food Security Program – Program-for-Results on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2024-0057, dated March 12, 2024) .  \nEthiopia – Additional Credit-Second Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on March 29, 2024 an additional credit in the amount of SDR 207.2 million (US$275 million equivalent) to Ethiopia for the Second Urbank Water Supply and Sanitation Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2024-0054], dated March 12, 2024) .  \nMozambique – Green Energy Corridors Project using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA)  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on March 29, 2024 a financing envelope in the amount of US$600 million to Mozambique for the Green Energy Corridors Project using the Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) including an approval of Phase 1 of the MPA ofa grant in the amount of SDR 75.4 million (US$100 million equivalent) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2024-0055, dated March 12, 2024) .  \nRwanda – Credits – Kigali Logistics Platform Connectivity Development Project  \n4. The Executive Directors approved on March 29, 2024 an IDA credit in the amount of US$50 million and a credit in the amount of JPY 11,236,300,000 (US$76 million equivalent) on Shorter Maturity Loan terms from the IDA Scale-Up Window to Rwanda for the Kigali Logistics Platform Connectivity Development Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2024-0056, dated March 12, 2024) . Mr. Gorordo wished to be recorded as abstaining.  \nChina – Loans – Yellow River Basin Ecological Protection and Environmental Pollution Control Program  \n5.
