The Executive Directors recorded their approval on March 5, 2020 of the recommendation in the President’s Memorandum and the report entitled “Review of the Inspection Panel’s Toolkit”(R2020-0039[IDA/R2020-0064];/1, dated February 26, 2020, and February 28, 2020, respectively) .  \nAzerbaijan – Loan-Employment Support Project  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on March 5, 2020 a loan in the amount of US$100 million to Azerbaijan for an Employment Support Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2020-0028, dated February 14, 2020) .  \nBosnia and Herzegovina – Additional Loan-Real Estate Registration Project  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on March 5, 2020 an additional loan in the amount of EUR 20 million (US$22 .4 million equivalent) to Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Real Estate Registration Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2020- 0032, dated February 14, 2020) .  \nMontenegro – Second Fiscal and Financial Sector Resilience Policy-Based Guarantee  \n4. The Executive Directors approved on March 5, 2020 the second in a series of two Fiscal and Financial Sector Resilience Policy-Based Guarantees to Montenegro in the amount of EUR 80 million on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2020-0023, dated February 12, 2020) .  \nSenegal – Credit and a Scale-Up Facility Credit-Senegal Municipal Solid Waste Management Project  \n5.
