The Funds comprise: (i) an Equity Fund with a target size of US$250 million that will participate in the returns of a portfolio ofIFC’s equity and quasi-equity investments in companies; and (ii) a Fund of Funds with a target size of US$250 million that will participate in the returns of a portfolio of private equity funds and related co-investments made by IFC’s Disruptive Technologies and Funds Department.
