In order to achieve this, the faculty and staff use a developmental approach to teaching self-discipline and good decision-making. Good behavior is reinforced and inappropriate behavior has its consequences. Our Schoolwide Learning Expectations are for students to be Active Christians and Thoughtful Citizens, and that is the goal of the student discipline policy. \n(Teach for Transformation) \nDISCIPLINE continued \n- STAR purple slip parent communication \n- S-strong communicator \n- T-thoughtful citizen \n- A-Active Christian \n- Track purple slips in RenWeb \n- 3 slips in S, T or A category = 1 after school detention \n*Resourceful learner purple slips for missing assignments \nDress Code and Behavior \nAs our Mission Statement says \n“Within our strong Catholic community, we develop children \nto their fullest God-given potential – spiritually, intellectually, morally, socially, and physically.” \nWe are a Catholic school as such we want our students to reflect their faith and our school environment to be a witness to that same faith.
