It cannot be downloaded – it is installed on Windows devices at the point of manufacture.  \nBitLocker will not decrypt or encrypt CDs or DVDs. You will need to use 7-Zip or a similar program to encrypt media of this type if you receive it.  \nThis is a step-by-step guide for the BitLocker encryption process.
