No extra preparation is required for these assessments.  \nOnline homework will consist of two parts: completion of text-book assignments worth 2%(due December 5), and online homework sets worth 3%(due dates on Calendar and on Carmen) .  \nYou can check the Calendar for the dates and topics covered for each exam and quiz, due dates for written homework (WH), the two Calculus Knowledge Assessments (CKA 1 and 2), Surveys (1 and 2) and CCR.  \nBONUS ASSIGNMENTS (up to 2%): There will be an online Calculus Concept Readiness test (CCR)(graded on correctness!) . No extra preparation is required for this test.  \nThere will be two optional online surveys. A student will receive BONUS 0.8% if, and only if, both surveys are completed.  \nCalculator Policy: Calculators WILL NOT BE PERMITTED during exams and quizzes.  \nExams: Math 1151 has common evening exams. Attendance at all exams at the scheduled time and place is required. Students must bring their OSU ID to all exams in order for their exams to be properly recorded.
