emotional supports, and community engagement.  \nOur Action Steps:  \n• Identify and provide resources and professional development on identified weaknesses of assessment targets.  \n• Utilize common district assessments in ELA and Math that are aligned with state and national assessments.  \n• Provide collaboration opportunities for teachers, Title I, special services, and administration to determine how instruction must be changed, maintained, or enhanced based upon data.  \n• Create a district vocabulary team of teachers, grades K-12, to develop grade-level appropriate vocabulary and strategies to engage students in oral and written vocabulary development.  \n• Provide resources and professional development to engage students in math vocabulary through games, drawings, and writing.  \n• Provide resources and professional development on personalized learning, Thinking Maps, Four Square Writing, and MI Write to enhance the writing process.  \n• Provide resources and professional development on personalized learning, Number Worlds, Figure and Applied Statistics, Reflex Math, i-Ready (grades K-10) and ALEKS (grades 5-12) as well as and county, state, and national speakers on Math4life to enhance math instruction.  \n• Provide resources and professional development on common phonological awareness strategies in grades Pre-K through 2.  \n• Utilize Curriculum Maps, which are aligned with state standards at each grade level, to assist teachers with planning.  \n• Continue to support the implementation of a Literacy and STEAM mobile classroom for grades K-4, STEAM Center for Career Exploration in grades 5-8, and Career Literacy Collection for grades 5-12.  \n• Provide resources and personnel in schools for Career Exploration and Technical Education in grades 5-12.  \n• Assist schools to increase and improve implementation of co-teaching models in classrooms.  \n• Provide school-based book studies and opportunities for school administrators and teacher leadership teams to attend the Model Schools Conference and utilize strategies for rigor, relevance, and relationships to drive improvement.  \n• Provide family involvement opportunities to promote engagement through after-school tutoring, literacy fairs, community book distributions, flashcard math facts, after school tutoring, Math Summer Academy, art exhibits, newborn reading packets,
