A systematic bibliometric analysis of 1,528 Scopus articles (1981–2025) using Bibliometrix R maps publication and citation trends, key authors and journals, and geographic origins. Output rises notably after 2015, with China, Indonesia, and Malaysia emerging as new leaders.
