This follows the same process as rostering for MAP Growth assessments. Students must be rostered to the current term in MAP Growth before the end of each window (see below) . Instructions and videos are available here (Please note there are additional steps required as listed below in the Uploading the Roster File section of this document). \no Fall (Required): September 15, 2025 – October 24, 2025 \no Winter (Optional): January 5, 2026-February 13, 2026 \no Spring (Required): April 13, 2026-May 29, 2026 \nAcacia also provides an Operational Report called the Registration Report that will provide an export of all students rostered for the Maine Through Year Assessment. This is a helpful resource for developing and validating your MAP Growth roster. \nThroughout each testing window, a sync will be enabled to move MAP Growth student information over to the Acacia platform used for the Maine Through Year Assessment. It is crucial that the student information rostered to MAP Growth is accurate and up to date with what is in Synergy/NEO. \nRostering Options: \n1. NEO Export – Download the csv file \nA roster export is available from the Maine State Student Information System (SIS), known as NEO, that contains all students rostered for the Maine Through Year Assessment. This is an updated version of the export available in prior terms for MAP Growth rostering. \nNote: Class information is not available via this export but is required for reports to be available in MAP Growth. This information will need to be added manually. \n2. Local SIS/Manual Creation \nTo prevent the need to manually enter class data, SAUs can use existing processes, such as generating the file from their local SIS to populate the MAP Growth roster template, available here. \nNote: SAUs must still download and confirm all students present in the NEO roster above are included in their roster import. This roster import is only available to legacy NWEA customers. If you utilize NWEA and HMH products or are new to NWEA as of the 25-26 school year, see options 3 and 4. \n3. Automated Rostering with Clever or ClassLink \nSAUs may use automated rostering services like Clever and ClassLink to submit rosters to MAP Growth. As of the 2025–2026 school year, legacy NWEA applications for Clever and ClassLink will remain temporarily available. These services can also be migrated and supported through the HMH Rostering Service. Whether you are using the legacy NWEA applications or HMH Rostering Service, SAUs must review the NEO roster export to ensure all students rostered for the Maine Through Year Assessment are being shared. Resources are provided below. \n4. HMH Rostering Service – Alternative Rostering Methods (Simple File Format, Aeries, Infinite Campus, etc.) \nThe HMH Rostering Service (HRS) offers flexible options for SAUs that do not use Clever or ClassLink. In addition to those integrations, click here for more options. As with all options, SAUs must still review the NEO roster export to ensure all students who are rostered for the Maine Through Year Assessment are being shared. \nDownloading the NEO Roster: \n1. Log in to NEO via [https://neo.maine.gov/](https://neo.maine.gov/) \n2. Click “Student Data” from the Dashboard or horizontal menu \n3. Click “Click Here to Enter Student Reports” \n4. Click View Report to the right of “Maine Through Year Assessment Mathematics & Reading – Grades 3-8 & 2nd year HS” \nUploading the Roster File (NWEA Legacy Rostering Only): \nOnce the roster file is created through NEO or the local SIS, it must be uploaded into MAP Growth. \nPlease follow the instructions below prior to the import. \nA. Ensure your School State Codes are provided in column A. \nB. Ensure the Student ID and Student State ID fields are provided in columns N and","cbCaieluMetFD9eH","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaieluMetFD9eH","pdf",300976,"English","# Introduction\n# Rostering Windows\n# Rostering Options\n## NEO Export – Download the csv file\n## Local SIS/Manual Creation\n## Automated Rostering with Clever or ClassLink\n## HMH Rostering Service – Alternative Rostering Methods\n# Downloading the NEO Roster\n# Uploading the Roster File (NWEA Legacy Rostering Only)\n## Import steps in MAP Growth","[{\"question\":\"Why must students be rostered in MAP Growth for the Maine Through Year Assessment?\",\"answer\":\"Students must be rostered in MAP Growth so they can access MAP Growth reports using RIT scores from the Maine Through Year Assessment.
