Please use the extensive and frequent public transport network to reach the office.  \nIf it is absolutely unavoidable to travel by car, please use a car park in central Manchester and complete your journey using buses or taxis. Acomb Street leads you to the office entrance.  \n By rail / bus  \nJourney times from Piccadilly Station and Oxford Road Station to our office will be about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic.  \nThe Holy Name Church is a distinctive Victorian gothic building with a prominent tower. At the pedestrian crossing near the church you are facing the University Union on the left. Cross the road using the pedestrian walkway (Lime Grove) . The Humanities Building is on the left. Bear left after passing the Humanities Building. Our office is a short walk on the right, a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.  \nPiccadilly station  \nTake the exit for the Metro and taxis,(Fairfield Street exit) . Cross Fairfield Street, the road facing you, and walk 200 metres to your left to the bus stop for the 147 bus. This leaves every 10 minutes from 7.15 am. Take the bus to the University on Oxford Road and alight at the Holy Name Church (a 10/15 minute journey) .  \nAlternatively, leaving the station by the exit for Piccadilly Station Approach, walk straight onto the Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station (about  \n5 minutes) for buses 41, 42, 43, 44, 48,142, 143 and 157. Take the bus to the University on Oxford Road and alight at the Holy Name Church (some buses stop directly outside, some 50 metres beyond at the Medical School) .  \nOxford Road station  \nLeave the concourse, cross Oxford Road and at the bus stop outside the Palace Hotel (a distinctive late Victorian building in red brick facing you as you leave the station concourse), take any of buses 15, 16, 41, 42, 43, 44, 48, 111, 142, 143 and 157. Take the bus to the University on Oxford Road and alight at the Holy Name Church (some buses stop directly outside, some 50 metres beyond at the Medical School) .  \nVictoria station  \nWalk up to Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station and take one of the buses listed.  \n By air  \nManchester Airport has rail links to Piccadilly and Oxford Road Stations.  \nFrom the stations, the office can then be reached by bus, following the directions above, or by taxi.  \nIf travelling direct to the office by taxi from the airport, allow at least 30 minutes.
