Warren sat with a fairy cake and a pot of Earl Grey and filled in his EuroMillions entry. Being as much a man of numbers as letters, he took time focusing intently over the selection of five main numbers between one and fifty. He then took an inordinate bite of fairy cake before deciding upon the two bonus numbers which ultimately transformed his investment of one pound and fifty pence  \nnot to a tight-fisted thirty thousand pounds for the five main numbers alone, nor to the equally miserly one hundred and ninety-three thousand delivered by the addition of a single bonus number.
