The freshly grossed specimen , is used to facilitate the diagnosis of the pathological state, and is intended for in-virto examination of cellular deformity. \n-Principle Method \nMacro Prep Knives are designed to provide a safe and cost-effective alternative to re-sharpening of knives used for grossing and postmortem cuts. Macro Prep Knives are available in five sizes: 4” \n(100mm) , 6” (150mm) , 8” (200mm) , 10” (250mm) , 12” (300mm) . Pathologist may select the optimum size of knife to meet their grossing requirements. Complete disposal of the knife and handle eliminates any health and safety concerns associated with re-usable knives.
