Each round grants victimization points, and reaching 20 points wins. Confidence and Luche are tracked with separate counters, while Luche acts as a spiritual currency consumed when casting cards. Success relies on probability checks using 2d10 or percentile dice, based on each card’s Lu cost.","Liberal the Game \n© 2019 The Cult of Ron | [https://t.me/CultofRon](https://t.me/CultofRon) \nWelcome to Liberal the Game. Where you try to win your right to become top victim. You do this by earning false confidence per round as you play one of either two cards. The evil deed cards outlined in red or the language cards outlined in black. Use language to carry out your evil deeds while contending with liberal insanity and gaining Luche. Liberal insanity will degrade confidence and is tracked by a “counter”. Luche is a spiritual currency created by doing evil deeds. Luche allows you to “cast” or play the cards and is also tracked by a “counter”. This game was designed to be played with a standard set of DnD dice. \nThe opponent with the most false confidence wins the round. Each round produces three victimization points. When you’ve reached 20 victimization points you’ve won! \nGetting ready for play. Each deck can have a max amount of 36 cards. \nProbability checks are done with a 2d10 or a percentile dice. The percentage is based off of how much Luche the card costs to cast. For example a card that requires 4 Lu to play will be highest percentage. This means you’ll have to roll a number within the 75% -100% range to get a successful check. While a card that costs 2 Lu to play will require a roll within the 25% -50% range to be successful. \nLuche or Lu is the satanic power created by doing evil deeds. As a Liberal you will receive at least one Lu per round. Once a Lu has been used to play a card it dissolves into the ether and you’ll have to do more evil deeds.","cbCaifsb00TPpSuF","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaifsb00TPpSuF","pdf",13450,1,"English","en",105,"# Gameplay Overview\n## Win Condition and Round Structure\n## Counters: Confidence and Luche\n# Setup and Deck Rules\n## Deck Size\n## Dice and Checks\n# Casting and Percentile Chances\n## Lu Cost and Success Ranges\n# Luche Mechanics\n## Dissolving After Use","[{\"question\":\"How does a player win in Liberal the Game?\",\"answer\":\"The opponent with the most false confidence wins each round.
