Keep heading towards O’Connell Street, and take the first right turn. You’ll then be at Lanigans Plough.  \nIf you’re stuck, ask for The Abbey Theatre. The Plough is directly across from the theatre.  \n2  \nOh the Gormanity!  \n(an introduction from the director)  \nI would like to take this opportunity (as that’s what hero’s do) to welcome you all to this years con.  \nThe road to this year’s convention has been long and difficult starting with falling of a ladder while trying to answer a phone call to accept the position of con director. Thankful the bonnet of an expensive BMW broke my fall and I managed to escape before the owner saw the damage a fat guy falling 6 feet onto a car can cause.  \nEach convention follows a similar path and this one was no different step 1 was forming my committee and I’m very grateful to all those who agreed to be involved this year again everyone of them has worked harder than I expected and an awful lot harder than I worked on this myself but come the closing ceremony I intend to steal all the glory.  \nIts been great fun these last 10 months planning Leprecon 31 we have managed to source some of the best game writers and GMs to ensure you have as much fun at  \nTrinity Gamers: A quick shpeel  \nDeep in the bowels of Goldsmith Hall, a shadowy organisation whose activities are governed by draconian and bizarre rules operates. They come from all walks of life, some are philosophers, some are physicists. All are bound together by a consuming passion, the desire to harness their destiny to deterministic means. They call them “dice”.  \nTrinity Gamers were founded in 1978, and claim to have won a Best Medium Society Award which they may have stolen from their close neighbours JazzSoc. All shades of gamers can be found in their society room, whether your taste is for Dungeons and Dragons, Carcassone, Magic the Gathering or games of the unpublished and psychological variety.
