In instances where multiple generations are actively involved in the business, we encourage the attendance of representatives from all generations. |\n\n3  \nHOW IS FAMILY BUSINESS COACHING INTEGRATED INTO THE PROGRAMME?  \nOur programme leadership team includes UCD Smurfit School accredited executive coaching professionals with comprehensive Family Business coaching expertise.  \nIntegral to the programme design, these executive coaches are engaged across two days and one evening in residence.
