With a rich background in music and opera, Laura is marking the beginning of an exciting phase in her career. Since the 2024/25 season she is, parallel to her studies, a member of the International Opera Studio at Staatstheater Nürnberg where she made her professional debut in the role of the Third Lady in a new production of W.A. Mozart Die Zauberflöte. She also appeared as Dama di Lady in Verdi Macbeth and covered the role of Cherubino in Jens-Daniel Herzog’s staging of Mozart Le nozze di Figaro. The 2025/26 season sees her on stage as Annina in a new production of Verdi La Traviata, in the role of Third Lady (Die Zauberflöte) as well as in A. Berg Lulu, R. Strauss Der Rosenkavalier & a children’s  \u003C/p>\u003Cp>opera production. In concert she appears as a soloist in Rossini Stabat Mater, Berlioz Les nuitsd’été as well as Lied recitals throughout Denmark & Germany. In 2025 she was a finalist of the Nordic singing competition Havets Röst held in Finland and participated in the 12th Moniuszko Competition in Warsaw, Poland.  \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Laura’s journey into the world of classical music took significant strides during her bachelor studies‘24 under the guidance of Prof. Daniela Sindram. In the 2023-24 season, she portrayed the role of Olga in a new production of Franz Lehár’s The Merry Widow at Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen in Italy. During the 2021/22 & 2022/23 seasons she performed as one of the Ursuline Sisters in the critically acclaimed production of Krzysztof Penderecki's The Devils of Loudun at the Bayerische Staatsoper conducted by GMD Vladimir Jurowski, directed by Simon Stone. Her experience expanded further when she participated in the contemporary opera Angel’s Bone by American composer Du Yun at Staatstheater Augsburg in Spring 2023.  \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Her concert portfolio is equally impressive, featuring solo performances in key compositions such as Mozart Requiem, Bruckner Messe No. 3, Bach Johannes-Passion, and Manuel de Falla El amor brujo. She has performed with renowned lied pianist Gerold Huber as well as Danish accordionist Bjarke Mogensen and collaborated with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra (BRSO) conducted by Duncan Ward in 2022 where she performed alto part of the solo quartet in Mendelssohn’s Elijah at the Isarphilharmonie in Munich.  \u003C/p>\u003Cp>In addition to her towering achievements, Laura is deeply committed to the Lied genre. She won first prize at the Rued-Langgaard-Competition 2022 in Copenhagen, leading to various performances throughout concert venues in Denmark, including the distinguished Rued-Langgaard Festival. At University of Music and Performing Arts Munich she has been refining her work within the Lied-genre under the guidance of internationally celebrated Lied interpreters Werner Güra, Dorothea Röschmann and Tobias Truniger, as well as at masterclasses with Ian Bostridge. Currently she is being mentored by Lied pianist Marcelo Amaral in Nuremberg and studies in the Lied class of Christian Gerhaher in Munich.
