Everyone in his village loved him very much because he was very kind and respected everyone and he would go to church often to pray. Every time he sat down by the bank of the big river that ran by their village, many men would come and sit down with him to hear all the wonderful stories he told.  \nOne day, a big cyclone hit Latini's village. Very heavy rain fell and avery strong wind blew. Everyone in the village ran away into the bush and they called Latini to follow them but because of Latini's strong faith in Jesus he said, \"You go, Jesus will come and save me. \"  \nThe rain continued to fall and the wind blew and blew. Latini climbed up onto the roof of his house because the river was rising rapidly.
