They stressed the importance of aligning with the WBG Evolution Roadmap in delivering on the high-level outcomes and achieving stronger development impact.  \nDirectors noted the negative impact of recent regional and global shocks on the country’s economic performance. They remarked on the weak governance environment in the country and stressed the need to strengthen transparency and accountability in ensuring the authorities’commitment to sustaining critical reforms, including fiscal and tax reforms and diversifying the economy to boost resilience.  \nRecognizing the importance of efficient and sustainable use of natural resources to economic growth and livelihoods, Directors emphasized the need of addressing water and energy security, reliability, and affordability while strengthening social safety net measures to support the poor and vulnerable groups. They looked forward to the completion of the Country Climate and Development Report (CCDR) and the integration of its key findings into the WBG program during the implementation of the CPF.  \nFinally, Directors welcomed the strong collaboration across the WBG in preparing the CPF and called for even stronger involvement of IFC and MIGA to promote the public-private partnership potential in the country.
