Directors welcomed the One-WBG and Cascade approaches outlined in the CPF and urged IFC and MIGA to expand their engagement especially in supporting strategic sectors, promoting private sector-led opportunities, and improving global value chain development.  \nDirectors welcomed the emphasis on strengthening competitiveness and improving the business environment to achieve higher job creation and living standards. They encouraged the WBG to scale up support for reducing gender gaps and removing barriers to the economic empowerment of women and youth. They also appreciated the WBG program’s increased focus on institutional capacity building and portfolio performance. Given Kosovo’s limited concessional IDA resources, Directors highlighted the need to ensure that the WBG program strives to draw on the various available instruments.  \nRecognizing that energy deficits remain a major constraint to growth, Directors emphasized the importance of addressing energy security, reliability, and affordability to ensure an inclusive energy transition. They looked forward to the completion of the regional CCDR and the integration of the key findings ofthe CCDR into the WBG program during the implementation of the CPF, including through the Performance and Learning Review.
