In the quiet dark of her property, she scans growth, adjusts ventilation, and walks acres of apple rows, then moves to berry patches where the abundance and urgency force quick, repetitive work. As early ripening threatens her schedule, Wren’s solitary control collides with what she doesn’t have—hands, time, and calm.","Knot My Harvest \nA Slow Burn Fated Mates Cozy Omegaverse Reverse \nHarem Romance \nKara Kaminski \n[OceanofPDF.com](OceanofPDF.com) \nCopyright © 2026 by Kara Kaminski All rights reserved. \nThis is a work of fiction. Your body stops waiting for permission. It just knows. The sky is still black outside the bedroom window, but my brain has already started its list. Greenhouse first. Then the rows . Then the berries before the heat turns them to mush. \nI roll out of bed and pull on yesterday’s jeans from the chair. A flannelover my tank top. Boots by the door, laced tight. I don’t bother with the mirror. The braid from last night is holding well enough, and the trees don’t care . \nThe farmhouse is quiet in a way that used to bother me . Stone walls, low ceilings, the faint smell of last night’s coffee still hanging in the kitchen. I grab a mug, fill it from the pot I set on a timer, and drink it black while I stand at the counter. The kitchen seats four at a squeeze, but it’s been seating one for a while now. \nI take my suppressant with the last swallow of coffee. Same low dose I’ve been on for years. It’s fine . Everything’s fine . \nOutside, the air is August-thick even before dawn. Humid and green and alive. I can smell the orchard from the porch, that layered sweetness of fruit \nalmost ready. It hits different in the dark. Richer. Like the trees are breathing it out while they sleep. \nThe greenhouse is fifty yards from the house, and I cross the yard by feel more than sight. The door sticks the way it always does, and I shoulder it open. Inside, the warmth wraps around me . Damp soil and new growth. I run my hands along the seedling trays, checking the starters I put in last week. Tomato. Basil. A few experimental herb varieties I’m testing for the spring market. \nEverything looks good. The ventilation panels need adjusting. I crank two of them open another inch, let the air move . The condensation on the glass walls catches the first hint of gray from the east, and for a second the whole greenhouse glows. \nI close up and head for the rows . \nThis is the part I love. Walking the orchard before anyone else is up, before the sun crests the hills, when the whole property feels like it belongs to just me and whatever ’s growin","cbCaiaYnGSv3URGL","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiaYnGSv3URGL","pdf",3908809,338,"English","en",105,"# Chapter 1: Before Dawn\n# Chapter 2: Twenty Hockey Players\n# Chapter 3: Good Dirt\n# Chapter 4: The Four Who Stayed\n# Chapter 5: Personal Best\n# Chapter 6: Settling In\n# Chapter 7: Bushels and Banter\n# Chapter 8: Home Ice\n# Chapter 9: Quiet Company\n# Chapter 10: Four Extra Mugs\n# Chapter 11: Heat Index\n# Chapter 12: Sun and Salt\n# Chapter 13: Good Hands\n# Chapter 14: High Branches\n# Chapter 15: Spark and Catch\n# Chapter 16: Fire and Grin\n# Chapter 17: Steady Hands\n# Chapter 18: Measure Twice\n# Chapter 19: Slow Work\n# Chapter 20: Berry Season\n# Chapter 21: Cider and Quiet\n# Chapter 22: Still Water\n# Chapter 23: Home Ground\n# Chapter 24: The Nest\n# Chapter 25: Full Rows\n# Chapter 26: Pack Talk\n# Chapter 27: Overflow\n# Chapter 28: Apple Press\n# Chapter 29: Golden\n# Chapter 30: Cold Front\n# Chapter 31: The Pull\n# Chapter 32: I Can Handle It\n# Chapter 33: Burlap and Bone\n# Chapter 34: Neither Can We\n# Chapter 35: Before Frost\n# Chapter 36: Second Wind\n# Chapter 37: What Stays\n# Chapter 38: Roots\n# Chapter 39: Breaking Open\n# Chapter 40: All of Them\n# Chapter 41: Morning Light\n# Epilogue: Winter Porch","[{\"question\":\"What is Wren’s daily routine at the start of the story?\",\"answer\":\"Wren wakes at 4:45 AM, takes medication, checks her greenhouse first, then walks the orchard and harvests based on ripening schedules.
