Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for KidsLink Connect  \nKidsLink Connect, located in Streetsboro, is an all year round ABA center-based program that focuses on 1:1 programming for children with autism or other developmental disorders.  \nAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will directly work under a Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior support plans as well as implement programming that fits the child's needs such as social, language/communication, daily living, academic skills, and more. RBT's are also responsible for data collection (frequency, duration, accuracy, probe, etc) and graphing based off of the BCBA's recommendations.  \nUpon hire, new employees that do not have the RBT certification will be enrolled, at no cost, in a 40 hour online RBT course that meets the content in the RBT task list developed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
