It contains key regulations that must be followed when conducting exams. \nHow and where should I use this document? \nYou must print and place a copy of this document in your main exam room, and any other exam rooms in the March, June, and November 2026 exam series. This does not replace the main Cambridge Handbook and you must make sure you understand and follow our full regulations. This document is to be used by the Exams Officer and invigilators in the exam room. \nThe section numbers and headings in this document match those in the full Cambridge Handbook. \nWhy do I need to print this document and place a copy in each exam room? \nThe full Cambridge Handbook is now available in digital form only; we no longer send you a printed copy. However, you must still have a copy of the following in your main exam room and every other exam room (you no longer need to have a copy of the full handbook in your main exam room): \n– sections 4 and 5 of the Cambridge Handbook (an abridged version is available on our website for you to [print:](print: www.cambridgeinternational.org/eoguide)[ www.cambridgeinternational.org/eoguide](print: www.cambridgeinternational.org/eoguide)) \n– the ‘Key Times and Full Centre Supervision’ section (this document) . \nWe have moved to a digital-only Cambridge Handbook as part of our commitment to sustainability. This allows us to reduce the use of paper and ink and removes the environmental impact of sending thousands of copies to our schools worldwide. \nWe want to make sure that printing this document is as easy and sustainable as possible. Therefore, we have removed all images. We recommend printing double sided, to further save paper. \nKey Times and Full Centre Supervision \nThis document explains Key Times and Full Centre Supervision and why it is essential they are followed to maintain the integrity of our assessments. \nWhat are Key Times? \nKey Times are a defined point in a timetabled session when candidates must be in the exam or under Full Centre Supervision. Key Times do not apply for windowed exams, for example, speaking tests, art & design exams and Cambridge Checkpoint tests. \nWhy are Key Times important? \nKey Times are important because they prevent confidential exam information being shared with your candidates before their exam. Key Times also prevent your candidates from sharing confidential exam information with other candidates. \nWhat are my Key Times? \nYour Key Times are based on your centre’s location. You must visit our website before each exam series ([www.cambridgeinternational.org/keytimes](www.cambridgeinternational.org/keytimes)) so that you know your Key Times. \nWho is responsible for implementing Key Times? \nThe Head of Centre must make sure that Key Times and Full Centre Supervision are covered in your invigilator training sessions. The people put in charge of running each exam must fully understand our Key Times regulations, to make sure that candidates are not allowed to leave before the Key Time. You must keep records of your exam timetable, including any periods of Full Centre Supervision, as well as your invigilator training. We may ask to see these at any time until we have issued certificates. \n[cambridgeinternational.org/examofficers](cambridgeinternational.org/examofficers Continued)[ Continued](cambridgeinternational.org/examofficers Continued) \nKey Times and Full Centre Supervision 2026 continued \nHow do I use Key Times? \nYou can choose when your exams start as long as you make sure that your candidates are in the exam or under Full Centre Supervision at the Key Time. \n• We timetable all our exams in morning and afternoon sessions (and an evening session for administrative zones 4 and 5) . \n• You have a Key Time for each session. \nExamples \nThese are examples only, and are not necess","cbCainguFspby70D","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCainguFspby70D","pdf",237765,"English","# Key Times and Full Centre Supervision 2026\n## How and where should exams officers use this document?\n## Why do I need to print this document and place a copy in each exam room?\n## Key Times and Full Centre Supervision\n## What are Key Times?\n## Why are Key Times important?\n## What are my Key Times?\n## Who is responsible for implementing Key Times?\n## How do I use Key Times?\n## What is Full Centre Supervision?","[{\"question\":\"What are Key Times in the 2026 exam timetable?\",\"answer\":\"Key Times are defined moments within a timetabled session when candidates must be in the exam or under Full Centre Supervision.
