The division also is charged with administering and enforcing the Kentucky Revised Statutes 198B.650 to 198B.689. These statutes have required heating and air conditioning contractors in Kentucky to be licensed by the Division of HVAC.  \nThe Department has contracted with Prov, Inc. to develop, and administer their licensing examination program. This bulletin has been developed to help explain the rules and processes you will need to undertake to complete the testing requirement for your license.  \nProv is not authorized to make the determination of which examination(s) candidates must take. If you are unsure which exam is needed for the license being sought, resolve this question before scheduling.
