His father removes his encyclopedia, his mother takes away his telescope, and his grandmother complains about the time spent sorting socks. Feeling misunderstood, Junior decides to run away to space, planning a homemade spaceship to escape Earth’s gravity and avoid the people who are upset with him. The story tracks his decision and early preparation with everyday items.","Junior Runaway \nAuthor: Amima Iziddine \nIllustrator: Mina Sliman \nEnglish \nJunior Runaway \nWritten by Omaima Ezzedine. \nImages by Mina Suleiman. © Asafeer Education Technologies FZ LLC, 2018. He just can’t stand wearing the same sweaty pair of socks for more than an hour. Junior felt so sad and misunderstood and thought to himself,“I’ll run away to a place where no one will take away my things and I can do what I want. But just where should I go?” \nThen he got an idea. He’ll run away to space. How? Ina space ship that will take him up and away from Earth’s gravity and everyone that is upset with him. He won’t find this space ship in any showroom or a garage. As a matter of fact, Junior will just have to make it himself. \nHe ran to the kitchen and attic, collecting any metal items that he could find. He gathered pots, utensils and other scraps-even an old television antenna! He glued everything together until it was finally secure and ready for take off.","cbCaimvYddybR5h2","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaimvYddybR5h2","pdf",605278,21,"English","en",105,"# Junior Runaway\n## Family consequences and complaints\n## Junior’s decision to run away\n## Building a homemade spaceship","[{\"question\":\"Why does Junior face consequences from his family?\",\"answer\":\"Junior neglects his math homework and spends time on other interests, like observing stars with a telescope.
